Overview: The Account Executive will be responsible for renewal retention of existing aircraft insurance clients by quoting, selling and writing personal aircraft insurance for aircraft owners in a afast-paced, high volume insurance agency.
This position requires a significant degree of independent judgement and disccrtion to meet service levels.
The Account Executive has superior product knowledge and is familiar with the specific products offered by the Agency’s carriers.
The Account Executive will assist in the production of renewal accounts in keeping with Agency goals.
The Ideal CandidateYou enjoy problem solving with great, customer-service minded solutionsTeamwork is part of your DNA and you have great communication skills (verbal & written)You’re analytical at heart and can see both the big picture and the minute details when working with clients and other team members If this sounds like you, we invite you to keep reading and apply Responsibilities: Primary focus is retention of existing customers in accordance with agency policies and procedures.Must interact with underwriters at multiple insurance companies by phone and email to obtain insurance quotes and issue renewal policies.Outbound efforts include contacting customers to gather additional information, responding to internet requests for quotes, and following up on quoted but not renewed customers.Explain insurance coverages and offer insurance advice to prospective and existing customers.Maintains records according to Agency standards, ensures that procedures are properly followed and that information ins properly documented and readily accessible.Assists in the development of strong personal relationships with insurance carrier personnel.Responsible for meeting individual and team monthly sales and quality goals while working in a team environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Insurance experience a plus.Strong oral and written communication, time management and customer service skills.Ability to work independently to achieve monthly goals while also working effectively in a collaborative teamoriented environment.Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
