About the Associate Sales Representative, Unplug for Business @ Unplug: Unplug is looking for an Associate Sales Representative to build ongoing partnerships with businesses and corporations.

We are looking for a seasoned salesperson with an existing pipeline, more specifically, sales through HR departments.

He/she will create our sales process, pipeline qualification framework, organizational structure, sales operations and strategic planning.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build something in an entrepreneurial way.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Unplug: * Build a high functioning sales process for the unplug team* Implement an operations plan for CRM, lead generation, qualification and handoff* Analyze current and potential customers to determine what product best fits their needs* Establish a plan for getting companies to implement Unplug at their workplace as a part of their wellness initiatives* Identify and sell our services to major companies and organizations, specializing in app sales for the company* On-board new clients and work with support staff to ensure a smooth implementation of Unplug offerings* Determine our clients?

* 5-8 years of sales experience* Experience identifying and closing large contracts, specifically SaaS or HR software/services with large organizations* A deep knowledge of corporate HR and Wellness programs* Developed key/relevant contacts at large companies and organizations* Experience with selling (or buying) health insurance and wellness programs is a plus* Regularly communicate successes and roadblocks to CEO to better inform the team?s goals and targets* Applicant must be fully comfortable with every aspect of the sales cycle, from identifying leads, writing term sheets, negotiating contracts, closing teams and transitioning the relationship to an account management team What we believe: At Unplug, we have seen firsthand how meditation can positively change company culture.
