AppleOne: Participant Data Representative


This is a Full-time position in Los Angeles, CA posted September 16, 2021.

Location: 90036Currently seeking for a Participant Data Representative with 3 year of experience in a fast growing company.

Minimum requirement is having a High School Diploma or GED equivalent with administrative,clerical or customer service experience preferred.Duties and responsibilities:?Responsible for accurately updating participant, dependent, and beneficiary contact and demographic information, such as: names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social security number, and birth dates.?Process incoming calls from the Demographics phone queue.?Set up mailing preferences to ensure documents are sent to the correct designated address.?Follow privacy and security protocols before accepting and making changes in the system.?Respond to incoming calls and emails relating to contact and demographic updates.?Assist participants with the myPHP enrollment process.?Review and process Adult Dependent Authorization Forms.?Contact participants and others for whom we have received returned mail.

Or if necessary, begin research process and complete a detailed Missing Person Checklist detailing all backup documentation.?Work on requests made in the Address Tracker Tool in SharePoint and complete a detailed Missing Person Checklist and include backup documentation.?Prepare, archive, and mail address verification letters.?Review and process documents and enter metadata information in Laserfiche.?Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance is required.?Perform other duties as assigned.Stable company with room for growth.

Hours are 8:30am to 5pm.

Start date is October 1, 2021.
