If that is what you’re looking for, this is your chance to be part of an amazing organization Responsibilities Manage an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients.Meet retention and profitability goals for assigned book of business.Uncover and pursue cross-sell opportunities within assigned book of business.
Identify appropriate solutions to address the client’s risk/capital management needs.
Cultivate strong relationships with senior buyer(s) and decision maker(s) in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives.
Maintain a high level of credibility and working relationships with insurance carriers.Work closely with Account Representatives to ensure all of the client’s service and supports needs are met throughout the benefits lifecycle.Apply and maintain strong working knowledge of plan designs and industry trendsDevelop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
Ability to support the Managing Partner and Producers.
Qualifications 5 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience in a broker or carrier organization.
Thorough understanding of benefits and benefits processing (medical, dental, vision, LTD, STD, Life, FSA, HSA, HRA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.) Working knowledge of State and Federal Compliance laws.Able and willing to travel at least 25% of the time for networking, prospecting, client locations, and industry events.Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to successfully interact at all company levels while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent speaking and presentation skills in order to convey information effectively and comfortable with public speaking.Critical thinking and good judgment to quickly determine and prioritize key issues.
Superior customer service and relationship management skills.Able to consistently meet both internal and external deadlines.Display high level of maturity, integrity and emotional intelligence.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Remote schedule available.
