Responsibilities Support client service team with day-to-day account management and new business including, but not limited to: Create presentations, campaign recaps, status reports and user guides Build relationships and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate and improve work processes Project management including ensuring timelines are met, trafficking of assets and materials, content is properly reviewed, status grids are updated, and reporting needs are met Reporting on campaign deliverables and maintaining tracking sheets with brand Proof all documents including contracts, briefs and reports before moving them to the next stage Convey a strong understanding of full funnel influencer marketing solutions and conduct ongoing research on social media trends to stay in the know and provide valuable insights for team and clients Effectively communicate everything that is happening on client accounts, both internally and externally Display high standards of client care at all times and always provide white glove service This is largely an office-based, standard-hours role, although when deadlines approach extra hours will be expected to ensure the success of a campaign Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: 2-4 years of experience in account management Experience in entertainment brand marketing and/or integrating brands into influencer content preferred Strong knowledge of influencers and social media platforms a must, with focus on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Twitch Ability to process and manage a high volume of data and comfort in analyzing data to inform client strategies Self-starter who is eager to learn and to get the job done Strong customer service focus with an awareness of your impact on the client experience Strong organizational skills Strong computer skills, primarily Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to work in a team, but also independently when needed Flexible, committed, and punctual Able to stay calm, friendly, and professional under pressure in a busy environment Ability to build relationships and gain trust with clients Excellent negotiation, time management, and prioritization skills Attention to detail Strategic problem solver Basic understanding of marketing and advertising terms and processes Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field strongly preferred Travel may be necessary and required
