From linguistic and cultural nuance to the multitude of human touchpoints, we celebrate the power of AND.About the Role:The successful Account Executive (AE) is a detail”oriented project manager, effective communicator, and collaborative liaison with a passion for marketing.

The AE role is key to maintaining the relationship between the agency and the client, serving as the conduit between the client and the communication resources of the agency (creative, media, digital, promotions and strategy.) Ensures that the appropriate teams are efficiently addressing client needs and meeting objectives of each project.

As such, the AE takes responsibility for managing the related budget and representing agency work to the client accurately and in a compelling fashion.What You’ll Do:Work with team to analyze the market, determine advertising objectives, establish the budgetary and control systemsDevelop advertising strategies for selecting media and creating messages, coordinate advertising with other promotional and marketing methods and evaluate results on a given campaignApply knowledge of client industry and products/services, and effectively communicates that insight to guide advertising development.Develop and track budgets, timelines, and project plans.Attend client meetings as appropriate.Maintain proactive, positive communication with assigned clients.Draft client memoranda, conference reports, proposals, and quotes.Assist the Account Director in executing the yearly advertising programs for each client as well as specific projects within and beyond the annual plan.Work with Account Planner to develop a creative briefing for each new job and meet with the creative team to define the scope of work on each job.Write and distribute contact reports, weekly status reports, and monthly competitive reports.Keep, organize, and update fact books for each client.Other duties assigned related to the advertising campaign processOur Ideal Candidate:Education and ExperienceExperience using Microsoft Office, Google docs, AsanaRequired Skills and AbilitiesOrganized and detail”orientedPlanning capabilitiesPresentation SkillsTime ManagementProject managementOral & Written Communication SkillsCustomer service attitudeWhat We Offer:Competitive pay; commensurate with experienceBenefits package is available
