The opportunity with this role is to join a fast-growing company, and bring best practices in sales.n n Responsibilitiesn n These are the key responsibilities for the role.

Again, we don’t expect perfection on day one, and we’ll help you grow where needed.n Be a foundational member of a quickly growing sales team Own the end-to-end sales process
– from prospecting to closing, for companies in your territory Prospect into potential customers in partnership with key HR/benefits brokers Communicate Bryq’s vision and opportunity for prospects Build strong relationships and champions within prospects to drive deal to close Partner with other Bryq team members (i.e.

product and marketing) to improve our go-to-market narrative and presence Continue to build relationships with prospects even when it’s not a fit at the time Collaborate with all parts of the Bryq team, including product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success.

n You shouldn Have at least two years of total HR Tech software sales experience selling to a range of customer sizes.

Have significant experience running a full sales cycle.

Have HR connections that can help jump-start your prospecting.

Know how to navigate cross-functionally within an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in, and close deals with VP and C-Level decision-makers.
