This person will be responsible for calling on a wide range of businesses to provide design consultation, sales, and services within their assigned territory.

This position centers on prospecting, with an additional focus on adding value to NBF’s customers.

Our highly passionate Sales professionals have the power to sell the revitalization and transformation of beauty, productivity, and comfort.Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll Be DoingFormulate strategic territory plan with both long and short-term objectives, including identification of potential accounts and account-specific strategiesUse consultative sales skills as a best practice with all accounts, and effectively neutralize competitive situationsParticipate in networking and lead groups on a corporate levelFollowing up on supplied sales leadsNetworking with existing customersProspecting for potential opportunitiesEstablishing strong relationships with customersCustomer site visitsPreparing and delivering product and project quotes to customersBe fully aware of NBF’s product offerings in order to help the customer choose products based upon need, budget, and application while ensuring customer’s awareness of the advantages of NBF’s products against competitorsUnderstand customer’s business and market trends, in order to develop and deliver customer-focused presentations to identified key decision-makersAccelerate the sales cycle to a successful closeEffectively diffuse objections, presenting NBF product advantages rather than using price-driven strategiesThis is a remote position working from a home office What We’re Looking ForOutside Sales experience, preferably in a commissioned roleAbility to understand and follow legal requirements but pragmatism to allow for judgment in the interpretation of those requirementsAbility to work positively and productively with internal and external customers to achieve desired goalsAbility to manage work under deadlines and work extra hours at times to meet those deadlinesPhone, email, and live prospectingRelationship development in a B2B environmentA proven competitive or entrepreneurial drivePrevious CRM experience is a plusA college degree is a plusOffice furniture or architectural and design experience a possible plus Compensation and Benefits:For the first 12 months, we pay a straight salary plus bonus incentives.

After year one, the position transitions to full commission.

We pay a monthly travel allowance and cover home office expenses including internet, phone, and laptop.
