nn nn nn nn About the position: nn nn nn nnWe are looking for an Account Executive to optimize sales efforts to the next level.

This role plays an integral role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through generating qualified leads.

The role shall work closely with PingPong’s global Business Development team and PingPong’s Marketing team on targeting key verticals, accounts and new business across North America.

nn nnThis position is ideal for a driven, disciplined and high-performing individual with business/sales acumen that has experience in online B2B sales prospecting, market research, and sales lead generation.

nn nn n nn nn The main responsibilities of the role will be: nn nn
· Participate in market segmentation and go-to-market strategy discussions to help identify target B2B customer segments and potential target prospects in each segment.

· Grow sales while developing and maintaining positive relationships with merchants.

nn nn
· Provide valuable feedback to internal product teams as well as identify and implement internal process improvement that will help scale our business.

· Develop new business via cold prospecting and email outreach.

nn nn
· Support in the acquisition and onboarding of new merchants.

nn nn
· Effectively handle and resolve merchant concerns and support issues.

Achieve or exceed quarterly quota of qualified opportunities, resulting in closed business.

· Manage successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining pipeline, sales activity and accurately forecast quarter closes in CRM application.

· Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies.nn nn nn nn QUALIFICATIONS nn nnSkills and qualifications: nn nn nn nn
· 2 years of successful experience with lead generation in a B2B or financial services nn nn organization.

· Strongly desired previous experience working for one or more of the following industries: nn nn software, Payments, and eCommerce.

· Ability to work independently and within an international team, in a fast-paced and high-nn nn volume environment in the fintech industry.

· Experience developing and executing media/marketing/social campaigns.

· Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detailnn nn n nn
