About the Role

An opportunity is available to join DAS42 as an Account Executive.

The AE will take a consultative approach to expanding our client base and achieve sales quotas.

This person will be a key member of our sales team and will work cross-functionally with company leaders on the Sales, Marketing, and Delivery team to build relationships and engage new and existing clients and partners.

This position will report to the Vice President of Sales.

What You’ll Do
Develop a strategic prospecting plan and create a list to engage the target buyer or ideal customer profile, including seeking referrals through existing accounts and partners.

Create key account plans that include an understanding the organizational structure, their mission and business goals.

Determine where a modern data stack (including Snowflake) has been implemented and where there are gaps or opportunities.

Gain an understanding and sales certification in the solutions that make up our full stack data analytics, decision management, and business strategy in order to be a credible and effective salesperson.

Establish a shared commitment to solving buyer’s business challenges by actively listening with a strict focus and asking intelligent follow-up questions and/or restating what you heard.

Asking right questions to analyze needs, budget, authority, timeline, competition and buying process

Responsible for establishing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) within enterprise clients.
Work collaboratively with technical consulting teams to .

understand the client’s business goals, scope opportunities and developing compelling proposals and statements of work
Generating compelling case studies, customer testimonials, and sales collateral after each engagement.
Work closely with the VP of Sales to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, client success, and account management.
What We’re Looking For
5-10 years proven track-record of complex solution selling in a fast-moving, fast-growing environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to all levels of an organization.

Track record of building authentic, long term relationships with clients and partners by providing support, information, guidance and quality solutions.

Good organization skills in order to effectively quarter-back the deal in a way that is clear, concise and well understood so that the team can effectively complete their actions.

Ability to work collaboratively building relationships both internally, with our clients and partners.
Self-motivated to manage action items, with a bias towards action and resolution.
Familiarity with data engineering & analytics technology and concepts, incl.

the Technology solutions in the ecosystem e.g.

Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure, Looker, Fivetran, etc.

is preferred.
BA/BS degree preferred
Ability to travel 30%
– 60% of the time (COVID
– permitting)

Pay: $200,000.00
– $250,000.00 per year
