What You’ll Do: · You’ll have a primary focus on delivering first-class service to our clients, while also being involved in project planning & production and support pursuing organic opportunities. · Client Services Responsibilities: o Utilize creativity and strategic thinking to become a trusted resource for existing clients, building strong relationships and providing consulting support in developing and delivering experiences. o Support execution of scope of services agreement deliverables. o Work with cross-functional internal resource teams in the execution of programs addressing client’s needs and objectives. o Support in the development of RFP responses and program budgets for client opportunities · Account Management Responsibilities: o Support communication with the client through the course of a project, building relationships along the way to ensure client expectations are met/exceeded and to encourage growth of business. o Actively support planning and delivery of high-priority event activations as needed both for existing clients as well as one-off projects, including items such as: budget development, sourcing and contracting of vendors and venues, managing team members, overseeing on-site delivery, etc. o Manage detailed production timelines and operational plans to execute a project meeting all client expectations (creative intent, KPIs, metrics, etc.). o Management of client facing documents including but not limited to: budgets, work back schedules, approval decks/documents, meeting agendas, meeting recaps, run of shows. You Will Be Successful When: · You’ve become a trusted resource for our internal team & client executives. · You’ve developed relationships with our day-to-day contacts at our client organizations. · You’ve successfully executed our campaign’s objective within budget & timeline · You’ve effectively worked with Creative, Production and Operations to ensure we’re exceeding our clients expectations. What We’re Looking For In You: 2-3 years of experience in Experiential Marketing, Brand Management or relevant industry in a client servicing and accounts management role Experience working across multiple marketing channels, ideally including; experiential marketing, digital, social, AR/VR, influencer, content and partnerships. Savvy relationship builder Ability building consensus and working effectively with cross-functional resources in developing impactful programs. Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communicator.
