We are looking to grow our team with an Account Manager motivated to serve as a strong liaison between Tapcheck and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction. This position requires an individual who is able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve client experience through support, and handle client concerns and requests. If you’re dedicated, ambitious, and share our mission to empower workforces with financial independence, Tapcheck is an excellent place to grow your career.

 

Skills:

  • Passion to learn – Our product is constantly evolving so we need Account Managers that love to learn and are naturally inquisitive
  • Obsessed about their customers – A will to please! Our employers are embarking in uncharted territory and we are here to walk them through every step.
  • Organized – Key to success in managing 50+ clients simultaneously is keeping HubSpot deals organized, properly categorized, complete notes and documented. We are a stickler for detail!
  • Personable – A key to a great relationship is a personal touch and for Account Managers to be excellent at create rapport. We are looking for long term relationships built of consistency and trust.
  • Sales minded – Although this is not a sales position, Account Managers have to be able to easily overcome objections that can prevent a client from moving forward with implementation. Since we deal with a lot of integrations, Account Managers need to be quick thinkers and problem solvers

 

Primary Duties: 

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts after implementation to boost employee engagement  
  • Informing current clients/accounts of other services and actions that may lead to greater success  
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner  
  • Build credibility and trust by understanding and addressing client inquiries via phone and email  
  • Schedule necessary meeting and training sessions to educate clients  
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within assigned accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction  

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field 
  • Client success experience (3 years) 
  • Sales experience (3 years) 
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  

 

Work Location:  

  • This role is temporarily remote due to COVID-19 
  • Our permanent office is located in Tarzana, CA 91356
