ACA Group: Business Development Representative

The Opportunity:The individual in this position is responsible for prospecting and identifying opportunities to sell ACA Group (“ACA”) products and services.

The individual in this position is talented, competitive, thrives in a quick sales cycle environment, and will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives.

What you’ll do:Liaise with sales leadership and maintain strong working relationships with other sales team members.Develop meaningful relationships with prospects and clients to encourage trust and loyalty.Create prospecting plans to develop leads and referrals.Conduct outreach and follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.Understand and answer questions related to our products and services.Prepare and deliver proposals and other relevant sales collateral to move sales opportunities to the next stage.Use excellent oral communication and best sales practices when interacting with prospects and clients.Achieve monthly goals and objectives set by leadership.Develop and continuously improve sales skills to increase conversion and success rates.Successfully complete internal training programs with intention and desire to transition to outside sales.

To qualify for the role you must have:1 years of experience in lead generation or commission-based sales.Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices and techniques.

Ideally, you will also have:Bachelor’s Degree preferred – major or concentration in business, finance or related field preferred.Proficient or willingness to become proficient in the use of Salesforce or other CRM tools to assist with prospecting, tracking leads, and pipeline management.Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet preferred.
