The objective of this position is to work closely with the current & future sales team to help improve, enhance, and optimize AAR’s route to market in the business and general aviation sector.

The position requires an individual who is familiar with building the full market picture for customers in the BA / GA space including purchasing behavior, key decision making processes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:A Self-starter with an inquisitive mind to help identify new customers through extensive desk based and market intelligence-based solutions.A collaborative mindset able to communicate throughout the organization with members of the sales & marketing function and senior leadershipBuild & manage customer databases and market intelligence tools.CRM / BI dashboards or similar reporting software to capture customer and sales pipeline information.Provide ad hoc support to the external sales team when necessary.Work as part of a larger sales organization to identify new customer opportunities.All other duties as assigned.CORE COMPETENCIES: Building relationships and partnershipsBusiness SavvyBeing connected & RespectfulFocusAccountabilityQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
