As a Retailer Onboarding Specialist, you have a substantial impact being responsible for ensuring that our new retailer partners get off on the right foot with Happy Returns and are set up for success leading up to, and after launch.

Role
As a Retailer Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new retailer partners from kickoff to launch.

This involves working with external partners to collect, organize, and implement all necessary information to
successfully onboard and launch them as quickly and effectively as possible.

Retailer Onboarding Specialists provide retailers their first impression of Happy Returns.

It is important for us to set the tone that we are here to support them every step of the way, while acting as the industry experts on returns to instill confidence in them that they made the right decision to move to Happy Returns.

This is a highly visible role to the leadership team, as they’re looking to the onboarding specialists to launch newly signed retailers as quickly as possible in order for billing, and volume to begin coming in.

The Retailer Onboarding Specialist will also:
Act as the Project Manager for each retailer onboarding to ensure that all technical, operational, and financial requirements are in place to deliver a successful launch
Manage communications between internal departments and key retailer stakeholders during the partner onboarding process
Be responsible for all retailer training, and pre-launch preparation to ensure they’re ready to go live as soon as implementation is complete
Own the setup, implementation and testing of every aspect of Shopify retailers, and parts of non-Shopify partners
Work cross-functionally with internal teams at Happy Returns to troubleshoot partner questions and inquiries

We are looking for someone who has:

The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and effectively
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
