RESPONSIBILITIES*
Sales & Client Interaction
Comfortable greeting guests prior to entering Cuyana doors, including checking in Customers to appointments, add to waitlist, requesting client information for further outreach, leading them through Cuyana COVID protocols
Provide excellent personalized customer service and engagement through building relationships with clients
Expert on product and brand knowledge, acting as a Cuyana ambassador
Assist customers with purchases, returns, exchanges
Pull sizes and product from stock, assist with monogramming, bagging and gift wrapping product
Contribute to the daily personal and store sales targets
Operations & Stockroom
Receive and process stock transfers
Work with management on how to organize, prioritizing based on sales, and maximize stock room space
Actively maintain, clean and organize stockroom and store, merchandising with direction from manager and product team
Assist with showroom inventory organization and restocking, uphold all visual standards on the floor: tags, stuffing, steaming etc.
Process phone orders and coordinate in-store store pick up, and courier same day deliveries (if available)
Actively participate in giving back as part of the Cuyana Community (e.g.
helping out teammates during peak season, supporting retail events, volunteering + community events)
Responsibilities may change based on business needs
All employees must follow and actively participate in COVID-19 safety protocols:
Masks must be worn at all times while in a Cuyana location and working and interacting with employees and the public
Social distancing will be enforced (at least 6 ft apart)
Actively cleaning all store surfaces on a frequent basis using EPA approved cleaning products
Organize and clean product and surfaces via a safe and approved process after each customer interaction –
– using equipment including a UV light wand, protective eyewear, and commercial grade steamer
REQUIREMENTS
6+ months customer facing sales driven experience; Apparel / accessories contemporary brand and clienteling experience a plus
