Job Description

The Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive support to our store teams, field retail leadership and corporate retail teams.

The Operations Coordinator flawlessly executes a range of administrative duties including (but not limited to) processing supplies, new stores accounts, and records maintenance.

They also help lead problem-solving for customer service issues and field retail operations cases.

Verify and process monthly supply orders including marketing, visual and operations supplies. Maintain and update monthly supply order forms.

Review and analyze supply inventory in the DC and EDC.

Provide bi-weekly inventory reports to educate stakeholders.

Purchase supplies to maintain the appropriate level of supplies for the store’s usages, balancing urgent sudden need with long-term planning.

Order and process new store supplies orders.  Process new store accounts set-up to help the team open the business successfully.

Process requests from Retail Hotline, Service Channel and Service Now.

Disseminate the information to the appropriate department and keep overview to ensure completion.

Respond to Retail Help group calls from stores and customers.

Respond to emails from stores and field leaders to the Retail Operations group.

Process any requests as needed.  Research and submit new store business licenses for all new stores.

Provide support to Operation’s leaders and management team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cost and expense control.

• Deep expertise in relationship building and influencing stakeholders.

• Self-starter with high level of initiative, personal accountability, and a strong sense of urgency.

• Must display a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy including confidentiality.

• Flexibility to accommodate shifting timelines and priorities.

High school diploma with at least 5 years of intermediate level administrative work experience in a fast-paced environment.

Retail background is highly preferred.
