Airgraft is seeking energetic Retail Experience Coordinators to help grow market share of our evolutionary vaporization platform in California.

Retail Experience Coordinators will be responsible for ensuring that our retail partners are educated on promoting Airgraft products to customers inside various retail locations including dispensaries.
Airgraft’s Retail Experience team will be instrumental in driving adoption at the retail level by focusing on budtender relationships.

Candidates should be outgoing, energetic, love interacting with customers, and be comfortable answering challenging questions on the spot.
We are looking to find candidates with experience in the cannabis industry that are familiar with retail dispensaries.

The hours will be flexible, and candidates will be able to accept/decline shifts with the possibility of creating their own schedules.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Visit retail dispensaries in your territory weekly and record notes from your visits
Evangelize the Airgraft 2 platform to budtenders and retail staff at participating dispensaries
Bring swag, coffee, and other small promotional items to dispensary partners
Conduct ‘demo days’ at retailers and events
Demonstrate Airgraft to customers and encourage them to make purchases of Airgraft devices
Transport promotional material to and from event locations
Attend virtual and in-person training from the Airgraft team on the device, application, and any other products and services offered by Airgraft or it’s partners
About you:
Outgoing personality
Effective communicator and relationship builder
Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
Passionate about vaporization technology
Cannabis industry experience
Sales experience (nice-to-have)
Brand Ambassador experience (nice-to-have)
Public speaking experience (nice-to-have)

– $42,000.00 per year
