Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position that regularly requires working nights, weekends, and holidays.
What You Will Do:
Our Specialists deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging our customers through conversation, product education and service.
They contribute to the overall atmosphere by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
We work as a team towards a common, collaborative goal and assist in the training and development of our peers.
The Pottery Specialists will also participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team keep the front and back of store clean and organized.
Requirements
· Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
· Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
· Previous experience working in a dispensary is preferred but not required.
· High school education or GED equivalent required, (AA or Bachelor’s Degree a plus).
Physical Demands
· While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
· While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms and required to lift a min of 50lbs.
