You will interact with our customers on the sales floor; processing sales, assisting with uniform sizings, fittings, measurings, and help them select the right products to meet their needs.WHAT YOU’LL DOPolitely greet every customer in a timely manner, developing trust quicklyRespond to any and all customer needs on the floorAnswer customer questions on price, quality, and usability of merchandiseUp-sell products and recommend add-on items to help yield store profitabilityPresent and arrange products in a manner that promotes salesReplenish merchandise and monitor floor stock to ensure appropriate inventory is availableComplete necessary housekeeping to present a clean and orderly storeProvide sizings, fittings, and measuring for any customer alterationsCollaborate cross-functionally with Branch Operations, Sales, and other corporate teamsCommit to our company’s P.R.O.U.D.
