Sous Chef

Hiring a sous chef for a new neighborhood fine dining restaurant in Melrose Hill, opening Fall 2023. We’re looking for a lead line cook or junior sous chef that wants to take the next step in their career. 3 years of cooking experience, ideally in fine dining, required. 

 
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be an excellent communicator, enjoy working in a team, be comfortable learning new techniques as well as teaching line cooks, and feel confident as a leader in a busy kitchen.
