Candidate should have experience maintaining systems, traning staff for prep and service, placing orders, inventory, and be commited to making their next work place slightly better than they found it. Bonus points for a positive attitude and hopeful outlook on problem solving. We work as a team in a respectul environment and want to hire someone who understands hospitality and kindness starts with how we communicate with each other, as well as the guests.
This is a role with room for growth, as we are expanding and look to hire a sous chef who hopes to continually move up and grow in their career. Hours expectation is full time with a flexible schedule, two paid weeks off a year, optional health, dental, and vision insurance package, 401k program, dining discounts, and every Sunday / Monday off work.
