Market is seeking a Sous Chef. Market is a modern Italian restaurant located in the heart of Venice.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff 
  • Oversee production and assist with food preparation 
  • Assist with inventory 
  • Pasta production + pasta cooker is a plus
  • Whole animal and whole fish fabrication is a plus

Details

  • 5 days/week. Tuesday-Saturday. Monday/Tuesday are days off.
  • 50% contribution towards medical.
  • 2 weeks PTO.
