Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Oversee production and assist with food preparation
- Assist with inventory
- Pasta production + pasta cooker is a plus
- Whole animal and whole fish fabrication is a plus
Details
- 5 days/week. Tuesday-Saturday. Monday/Tuesday are days off.
- 50% contribution towards medical.
- 2 weeks PTO.
