Sous Chef $1000 after 90 days

An American style Gastro Pub located on Cabot St in Beverly MA is currently looking for a sous chef to help oversee a high volume concept.

This position is a great way to start with our company and grow along with us.

The ideal candidate will assist the running of all day to day operations including but not limited to
– ordering
– inventory
– hiring, training and coaching of staff
– menu development
– creation of daily/weekly/seasonal additions to menu
– planning of pop up beer/wine dinners monthly
– overseeing in house buy out and off site events Salary will be based on relevant experience and skill set.

We are currently offering a one time $1000 bonus after 90 days of full time employment in this position.

Schedule will include a mix of opening and closing depending on the needs of the restaurant Growth potential is possible for the right candidate Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00
