Restaurant Quality Assurance Assessor

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Performance Standards (RPS) Assessor to join the Center of Excellence team. Our RPS Assessors are valued food safety & QA experts, trusted by our Restaurant Operators and Business Unit Leaders. This role requires a professional who provides best-in-class, comprehensive on-site evaluations to help maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, Customer experience and brand protection.Restaurant Performance Standards assessments and support* Expand beyond the four walls of a single restaurant* Travel to 20+ different Restaurants each quarter* Schedule and manage your own travel* Develop relationships with Restaurant Crews and Managers* Dive deep on Operations* Develop new perspectives on business* Develop new skills that build on your own operations experience* Develop existing skills in operations, understanding brand differentiators, contribute to organizational initiatives* Gather data and information on area/district performance* Support individual restaurant continual improvement* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives* Join a growing team* Be part of a rapidly growing, award-winning brandExpertise, professionalism, and performance* Utilize experience and knowledge to be solution-oriented* Develop relationships with the Operators and Restaurant Crewmembers that we serve* Deliver comprehensive results with supporting documentation and pictures to empower OperatorsCommunication* Professionally manage all communication* Partner with Restaurant Management and Operations Leadership to communicate successes, concerns and provide options for corrective action* Proactively provide feedback on opportunities to improve programs and systems for performance management, continuous improvement, or operational excellence* College Degree recommended* Recommended 3 – 5 years of Restaurant leadership or QA experience with a proven record of success required, preferably in the quick service, fast food or casual dining industry* For internal promotion, minimum of 2 years as an Operations Manager with Raising Cane’s; must be in good company standing and have a proven record of performance* 3 to 5 years management experience in the hospitality field* ServSafe (or similar) certification/qualification, other food safety or customer service certifications are beneficial as wellConnect With Us!Not ready to apply?
