Team members will be well trained and must have experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
Interact with customers
Answer all phone calls
Make reservations / seat guests as needed
Maintain menu cleanliness
Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations
Communicate with FOH and BOH leaders to ensure consistency
Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
Resume and proven experience in F&B
Knowledge of F&B operations
Computer literacy
Knowledge of a second language is a plus*
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Reliable, dependable & punctual
Organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate
