We are presently conducting an urgent search for an outstanding and talented Restaurant Executive Chef for one of our clients that operate an amazing high-end “Named” restaurant operation in California
We require an Executive Chef that will have exceptional leadership and training capabilities, is creative, a team player and will be effective in operating a successful and established restaurant operation in the Hollywood area
You should have a keen eye for details and are totally committed to making sure that all guests are completely satisfied in enjoying a memorable meal at this establishment that has an excellent reputation to the star and celebrities in the US.
The culinary specialist that they are seeking will be very guest focused with a “Can Do” attitude in delivering a truly outstanding culinary high-end dining product that is well known for its amazing quality of high-end cuisine.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training all kitchen staff and building a solid team with a positive attitude and a winning attitude.
Managing all labour, food cost controls and ensuring consistency in very high food quality.
The ideal individual should have a least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef and has outstanding knowledge of international and American cuisine.
You must have excellent oral and writing communication skills, well organized, excel at working with others and developing a sound team in a high powered and driven kitchen.
This amazing culinary opportunity is offering an exceptional compensation package in the range of $125,000 + an excellent incentive bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
A relocation allowance will be offered for the right career-minded individual.
