Pastry Cook

Damian , Located in LA’s downtown Arts District is currently seeking a driven energetic Pastry Cook to join their BOH team. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for preparing and baking daily pastry items according to standard recipes.
  • Cooking, plating, garnishing, and expediting food
  • Ensure proper storage of all pastry items in refrigerators and freezers to maintain product freshness.

Requirements:

  • 2 yeas experience in a high volume fine dining establishment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multi-tasking and commuincation skills
  • Bilingual English /Spanish a plus


Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips
