Morton’s Gourmet Market In Sarasota Is Looking For An Experienced Multi-skilled Pastry Cook & Baker To Help Prepare Items For Our Full-service Bakery And Catering Items & duties include, but are not limited to: breads, muffins, cakes & cake decorating, cookies, scones, croissants, éclairs, Napoleans, fruit tarts, torts, pies, puddings and much, much more.

Applicant Must Have The Following Talent/qualities Positive and professional attitude A Creative Mind Minimum 2 years experience in baking and/or pastry production.

Proper sanitation and organizational standards Strong work ethic & self-motivated In-depth knowledge of food and culinary skills Must be detail-oriented & have excellent time management and communication skills This is a full-time position Must have a flexible schedule.

Early mornings are part of the job.

Pay based on experience.
