About Magari

Magari is one of Hollywood s most anticipated new restaurant openings, featuring Tokyo Italian cuisine from the owners of Ozumo, the legendary contemporary Japanese restaurant in San Francisco. Magari s culinary team, comprised of Chef Partner, Yoshiyuki Okuno, of Tokyo s Michelin-acclaimed La-Brianza restaurants, Sicilian-born Executive Chef Enrico Merendino, formerly of CARA, and Chef Consultant Tony Messina, the 2019 James Beard Award-winning chef of UNI in Boston, have come together to create a unique menu featuring coastal Italian cuisine with Japanese ingredients and technique. Magari will offer a selection of crudos, house made pastas, and signature dishes from our wood fired grill. The space includes a large bar area and spacious outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying refreshing cocktails, coastal Italian wines, and a quick bite. Located at 6115 Sunset Blvd, Magari will serve lunch and dinner, Monday through Sunday.

About You

You are a passionate, hospitality professional who desires excellence in your work life. You are a team player who understands that collaboration is essential to success. Morning prep shifts include making fresh pasta. The program includes extruded noodles and hand made pastas. These tasks include, but are not limited to, making the pasta dough, forming the noodles and portioning. Pasta making experience is necessary for this position.
