The Line Cook is responsible for always delivering the highest quality food and service. Cooks are responsible for daily operational procedures and are responsible for food production and plating in accordance with company specs and timing standards. Cooks are responsible for following Company recipes at all times. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will bring honesty, integrity, and intensity to all that they do and produce. They will not just embrace the Mother Wolf lifestyle, but will appreciate and foster a collaborative team environment, and have a passion for Ten Five Hospitality s creative and entrepreneurial culture.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
  • All aspects of food preparation and presentation
  • Assists in control of inventory and supplies
  • Promotes a safe and respectful work environment
  • Complete tasks assigned in a timely efficient manner
  • Communicate all kitchen related needs to Chef or manager
  • Assist other stations when needed
  • Bring all tools and equipment and maintain in proper working order
  • Stay focused and hold self-accountable

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.
  • Must be able to carry 30 pounds or more
  • Full Vaccination against COVID-19

Skills / Experience:

  • Experience preferred but not necessary
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to focus and multitask
  • Team player and able to anticipate others needs
  • Positive Attitude
  • Problem solver: ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Accountability: sets high expectations and achieves them regardless of the barriers
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and works well under pressure
  • Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Up to date food handling certification.
