Come join Long Hospitality! We are a young and hungry company looking to take the Asian culinary world by storm!

We have a successful, modern-Korean restaurant in LA’s Ktown, and are on the cusp of opening our second concept – a Hong Kong style diner serving up Chinese comfort food inspired by bustling Taiwanese night markets, Shanghai street stalls, and Hong Kong tea rooms.

And let me tell you, this is just the beginning! We are seeking line cooks of all levels to join us.

The Opportunity:

  • Work with a passionate, hands on entrepreneurial team that is trying to innovate and push the boundaries on tasty, affordable, Asian comfort food
  • Get on the ground floor for an exciting new casual food concept opening, that has the potential to expand fast
  • Flexible hours for morning and night shifts, as well as the opportunity to work on projects at either of Long Hospitality’s concept locations

  • Gain a full working knowledge of all menu items, recipes, prep lists, and setup for your station
  • Keep a clean and sanitary station

Shortlist of your responsibilities:

  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of assigned station and the kitchen
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned recipes with the ability to execute them to the same standard each time
  • Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty 
  • Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management
  • Participating in the preparation and development of new menu items 
  • Hone your existing skills while learning new techniques and building your skill set to advance 
  • Collaborate with both your colleagues in the kitchen along with FOH staff

Experience with Chinese cuisine is not necessary, but certainly a plus.
