We are looking seasoned line cooks for our Kitchen at Fatty Mart. Our menu has multiple concepts – Pizza, Mexican food, Korean food, Italian food, Classic American. We are looking for cooks who are experienced in one or more concepts and are looking to grow with us.
Candidates must have at least 2+ yrs in the Kitchen. Looking for someone who has a great palate, strong work ethic and a team player.
Full time preferred, Part-time available.
Responsibilities:
- Support other team members and promote a positive work environment
- Participate in deep cleaning of BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration,cooking equipment, and prep areas
- Maintaining cleanliness of any BOH work areas, including and not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas.
- Participating in the preparation and development of new menu items
- Execute menu items from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to preparation of ingredients, cooking and plating of menu items.
