Line Cook

Lasita is a casual restaurant / wine bar located in Chinatown’s Far East Plaza – we have been open for about 2 years and are ever-evolving. We’re looking for a team-oriented cook to grow with us.

Line Cook Job Requirements

– be able to prep and fulfill station mise en place
– be able to keep an organized and clean work station
– handle, store and rorate all products properly
– must be efficient/sufficient in knife skills and cooking techniques
– be able to produce dishes efficiently and consistently in a timely manner
– be able to clearly and professionally communicate with fellow team members
– must be able to lift at least 50 lbs / stand for 8 hours 
– must maintain a drama free attitude and work environment
– minimum 1 year experienced preferred
– serv-safe food handling certification
