Lead Line Cook

A fast paced Contemporary American Cafe are seeking line cooks for full or part-time positions AM/PM positions. MUST be available for night shifts and day shifts.

Looking to hire ASAP and begin immediate training!

– Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
– Maintains cleanliness and sanitation.
– Must have valid Food Handler’s Certificate, or be willing to obtain ASAP.
– Demonstrate excellent knife skills.
– Demonstrate knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
– Demonstrate experience on multiple stations in the kitchen.
– Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
– Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
– Support their fellow cooks.
– Must be calm and able to maintain composure under pressure.
– Must be available to work typical hospitality industry hours (lunch, dinner, late nights,
holidays, weekends).
– Must be conscious of physical presentation and have clean work habits.
– Must demonstrate attention to detail.
