Reports to the Analyst, FP&A.Receives all food items, supplies and materialsChecks incoming merchandise against order sheets for accuracy in weight, quantity, order specificationsMaintains inventory and delivery records for BOH and related areas as prescribed by Chef de CuisineNotes all discrepancies in the daily log immediately and informs Sous Chef Manager or Chef de CuisineStores all items at proper temperatures and observes First In First Out standardsIssues stored items to proper departmental personnel and keeps records of the release of those itemsAssists in stocking or transporting items to the proper location within the storePerforms other duties as required or assignedThe starting range for this position is $19-$21QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ year of receiving experienceAbility to perform basic mathematical calculationsJob RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squattingAdditional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
