Employee needs experience in running multiple stations including breakfast menus, and all grill cooking; chicken, burgers, fish, etc..
Must be able to take orders and be versatile it their work
Employees are expected to report to location fifteen minutes prior to each shift.
They are to be in uniform specified for that function.
Locations of events are usually at convention centers, banquet facilities, corporate kitchens, and stadiums.
All employees must have a CA Food Handler Card or Serv-Safe Certificate.
