Executive Chef – Flagship Restaurant

Our client is a high-end restaurant group success story based in southern California that has grown in a short time to one of the most recognized restaurant brands in the region.

Because of their immense popularity, they are opening more restaurants even during this pandemic.

They are now searching for an excellent Executive Chef for their flagship restaurant which is 5 star and high volume.

If you have at least 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Chef in high-end restaurants with large volume and looking for a long-term commitment with a growing brand submit your resume today.

Basic Requirements:

· High attention to quality both in ingredients and final presentation, ability to manage a super and talented a non-union team of about 50 including a number of Sous Chefs.

· Large focus on kitchen management and not as much focus on the actual cooking

· Well organized especially managing specs on products and recipe documentation

· Superior financial background on food cost, labor cost etc.

· Professional understanding of regular reporting mechanisms and analytics

· 100% scratch menu

· Very good energy/stamina and leadership abilities

· Precision food and recipes knowledge and experience

Salary $115,000-$125,000USD+ Negotiable plus Bonus, Incentives and Benefits.

Must be able to legally work in the USA.
