Cook / Prep Team Memeber

We are always looking for experienced cooks and prep cooks to join our team. Our kitchen requires team members who can read our recipes and make them according to company spec. Cleanliness and strong kitchen skills are a must to work in our team.

  • Have reliable transportation

We ask you to:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner in accordance to recipe, portion control and presentation specifications
  • Ability to multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively
  • Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 30-60 lbs.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with BOH team and FOH team
  • Support other team members and foster a positive work environment

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is preferred.
