Baroo is a soon-to-open relaxed, fine dining Korean restaurant with a small but thoughtful wine and Korean alcohol program. We are scheduled to open late-August in the Arts District in downtown LA. We are looking for experienced, detail-oriented and positive people to join our team as chefs de partie.
Chefs de partie will work hand-in-hand with Kwang Uh who leads the kitchen. We are a small team and cooks will serve their dishes to our guests so should be comfortable interacting with guests.
A real interest in learning about Korean cuisine and previous fine dining experience are required. Experience at a tasting menu restaurant is a major plus.
