Bottega Louie Restaurant & Patisserie debuted in DTLA in 2009 and has since gained a legendary reputation as a world class patisserie and luxury Italian restaurant.

We recently opened our second location in West Hollywood and have opportunities for hospitality professionals to join our team.

We are looking for Barback that embody the following:A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a teamA genuine passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to all of our guestsAttention to detail and willingness to deliver an exceptional guest experienceProfessional appearance and the ability to consistently adhere to our attire standardsMust have a flexible schedule, available to work 30+ hours per week (for Full Time): days, nights and/or weekends.

Part Time is available as well!

Job Responsibilities:Demonstrate a hospitable approach to all who are coming in to enjoy the Bottega Louie experienceHave extensive knowledge of the Bottega Louie food offerings, beverage program and patisserie itemsPerform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift, always checking out with the manager on dutyStrong communication skills with both guests and teammates.Executing quality cocktails per the recipe during high-volume service, while always ensuring a clean and organized bar areaDemonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasmUnderstand and embody the Bottega Louie brand Qualified Barbacks must be detail oriented, have a passion for customer service and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
