Part Time is also available!Job Responsibilities:Take pride in your workspace by maintaining a pristine pizza stationPrepare pizzas during service in a timely manner per the Bottega Louie standard.
Ensuring the consistency and quality of each dish and managing the temperature of our 650 degree pizza ovenPerform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift, always checking out with the manager on dutyWillingness to assist where needed throughout the kitchenDemonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasmUnderstand and embody the Bottega Louie brandQualified Pizzaiolos must be detail oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and have a great attitude.
