Part Time is also available!Job Responsibilities:Take pride in your workspace by ensuring a pristine prep area and helping maintain the cleanliness of the walkins and storage spacesPrepare recipes in a timely manner per the Bottega Louie standard.
Ensuring the consistency and quality of each dish you are responsible forPerform station opening/closing and side work duties for each shift, always checking out with the manager on dutyWillingness to assist where needed throughout the kitchenDemonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, flexibility, positive attitude, initiative, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasmUnderstand and embody the Bottega Louie brandQualified Line Cooks must be detail oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and have a great attitude.
