Assist service colleagues in completing mise en place including polishing all silverware, stemware, and additional side duties. Deliver a flawless dining experience, consistently providing exceptional food, superlative service, elegant decor and exquisite presentations. Assist colleagues in all aspects of service, including running food, bussing and resetting tables, service of beverages, upkeep and stocking of service stations Industry level standard knowledge of Food and Beverage, including all aspects of service and food preparation is a prerequisite for employment as a back. Backs should have a base knowledge of french cooking techniques as well as a moderate understanding of spirits and wine and should be able to understand and follow the by the glass selections should their services in selection be required. Your experience and skills include: Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. Requires exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Must possess basic computational ability Ability to solve problems and make rational decisions.
