Job Summary : We are looking for a Yard Attendant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping the yard in order and will have a high energy level, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The Bobcat is open 5 days per week (M – F). Times will vary throughout the year, but retail hours are M-F (7am to 5pm). Provide superior customer service, in person and over the telephone. Ability to solve problems, yet use appropriate discretion in referring situations to other personnel. Ability to prepare and maintain a rent ready fleet Awareness of customer base and unique applications. Coordinate with Sales, Service and Parts department to ensure customer satisfaction. Crucial conversation and negotiation skills. The ability to work independently, and as part of a team. The ability to follow all safety guidelines. Has a desire and drive to learn additional aspects of our business to move up in our expanding company Qualifications Rental Industry: 1 years (preferred) Minimum H.S Diploma or GED. Experience with construction equipment skid steer, excavator, wheel loader, etc (preferred) Must be able to work outdoors in various climates all year round. Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude required. Proficiency in MS Office applications and business systems Efficient and responsible use of email. Can effectively communicate with customers Must be able to learn company designated software within a reasonable amount of time allotted.
