At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Workforce Management Schedule Admin supporting Contact Centers, you will be trusted to monitor Workforce Management email boxes and attendance lines.

How a WFM Schedule Admin will make an impact:

  • Monitoring WFM email boxes and attendance lines
  • Adjusting schedules based on operational requests and business needs
  • Communicating with the WFM Operations teams to ensure activities are scheduled and communicated
  • Working with Real-Time Analyst and Scheduler to accomplish various admin tasks
  • Performing additional duties as required

AS A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE YOU HAVE:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of related contact center experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a secret level clearance
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite a minimum of 2 days per month
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated written communication skills both verbal and written

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE:

  • 6 months or more of experience in workforce management
  • Knowledge of WFM tools such as NICE CXOne, IEX, Verint, etc.
  • Moderate Excel skills
  • Preferred Active Secret Clearance

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $14.92 – $20.13. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
