Wire Transfer Specialist
Los Angeles, CA
6+ months’ contract (potential of extension or temp to hire)
Enters data of fax and email initiated wire transfer requests from one application into another proprietary application software.
Meets minimum production standards for the function.
Completes all required training.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Performing data entry and calling clients for wires confirmations.
Possibility of temp – full time / possibility of extension
Skills:
1-3 Years of wiring experience
– Knowledge of:
• Basic office procedures, methods and Microsoft office tools.
• Account types and industry operations in general.
• Back office systems.
Skill in:
• Organizational and time management skills sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.
• Detail orientation to ensure quality standards are met without impairing workflow.
• Follow-up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks.
Ability to:
• Provide a high level of customer service in a calm, courteous and professional manner.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Detailed task oriented with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced, high volume work environment.
• Use effective oral skills sufficient enough to communicate and interact effectively with associates.
• Constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
• Must be quick learner who has excellent keyboarding skills – fast and highly accurate.
Prior experience with a financial institution or data entry experience.
Education: High School Diploma
