We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with experience in welding stainless steel pipe in the fire sprinkler industry. This position involves welding outlets onto steel pipes and performing specialty welding tasks such as spool pieces, flanges, and more. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of your work while maintaining a clean and organized welding station.

What’s the Job?
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel pipe, ensuring full penetration and adherence to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints for accurate welding and fabrication.
- Cut, prep, and bevel pipe, material, and fittings as required.
- Inspect welded work for defects, dimensions, alignment, end preparations, and seam splits in the pipe.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized welding station that meets quality and performance standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety issues, or required repairs promptly.
What’s Needed?
- Proficient in TIG welding, specifically with stainless steel pipe.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs daily and handle the physical demands of the job.
- Skilled in reading and understanding blueprints.
- Capable of cutting, prepping, and beveling pipe and materials independently.
- Must pass a physical examination to ensure capability of lifting pipes daily.
