Volt is immediately hiring for a TIG Welders in the San Fernando Valley!! Weekly Paycheck with Steady 40 hours a week!!
In this role you will:
- Operate safety equipment, and use safe work habits
- Clamp, hold and tack -weld, heat-bend, grind and/or bolt components as required for welding.
- Develop templates and models for welding projects, using calculations based on blueprints.
- Welding with materials such as: aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron and other alloys.
- Chip or grind off excess weld, slag or spatter.
- Ability to use hand scrapers and power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipment.
Machine Operator candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to read blueprints
- Previous TIG Welding experience is a must
- Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
